About Us

Our Founding Story…

In November 2021, Juliette Devillard ran a first event to bring together climate professionals.

The response from attendees was immediate: We love it, and we want more.

Vibrant and interactive from the start, Climate Connection’s events filled a clear need in the climate ecosystem. In the first 6 months of running regular events, Climate Connection grew exponentially, rapidly outgrowing every venue they used, and attracting 100s of climate enthusiasts every month.

The event grew to become the UK’s largest monthly event for climate professionals, drawing crowds of 150-180 attendees.

Today, Climate Connection runs over 40 events per year.

New event series include breakfasts for climate investors, VIP dinners to gather leaders across different climate verticals, and a 3-year long event series designed to unlock more capital investment into climatetech, run in collaboration with Innovate UK.

After 3 years of impactful climate events, Climate Connection has launched an events consultancy arm.

Through this new branch of the organisation, they work with companies who want to move beyond hosting low-effort, low-reward “spring or winter drinks” to craft long-term engagement strategies and event series tailored to their client’s objectives.
